I am a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consultant with 10 years of experience. With my company, FC DEI Consulting, LLC, I aim to help individuals and organizations become more inclusive to improve work place climate and culture. Let’s connect!

here’s how we can work together…

Hi, I’m Faustina!

I was born and raised in the North Shore of Boston in Lynn, MA. I did my undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. At UMass, I studied Psychology, Spanish, and Higher Education. It was in college where I became very passionate about social justice, and an active change agent in the fight for equity. I am constantly seeking to grow and learn, and place myself in spaces and around people who challenge me to be better. In my 10 year career, I’ve worked with a variety of diverse organizations and people to aid them in becoming more inclusive. Look below at some of my past clients and testimonials!

TESTIMONIALS FROM PAST CLIENTS

I want to thank Faustina for doing such a wonderful job.  Her thoughtfulness, compassion, and dedication to this topic was what allowed us to reach into ourselves and to allow us to open our minds as we now start to look at how we can change for the betterment of our students.  To anyone looking for a consultant in the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion, I highly recommend Faustina to present to, not only your office or department, but to your students, faculty, and administration.

Shane Franzen
Associate Director Student Development at Fitchburg State University

Faustina presented a 3-hour session on racial equity, oppression, and creating belonging to our group of higher education student services staff. She was thoughtful. engaging, and spot-on to what was needed within a group of folks with varying levels of development and knowledge in the areas of racial equity and oppression. She presented basic information and then led us deeper into a discussion and then into ACTION. Faustina helped us create goals and action plans to build toward belonging that set the stage for our unit goals and mission for the year. And, she held us accountable to these action plans by following up to see where we landed. Her presentation style was highly engaging and interactive which led to a group of staff motivated to continue the work beyond the presentation. I would highly recommend Faustina to any group that wants to take intentional action toward social justice!

Amy Kampsen
Director CEHD Student Services, University of Minnesota

We were thoroughly impressed by Faustina’s passion, presentation skills and ability to truly engage with our staff when she presented at our department retreat on Microaggressions. Faustina fostered an open, honest and respectful dialogue and I was impressed by how engaged and energized the group became during her presentation. She was professional, polite and enlightening and my staff can’t stop talking about having her back to do future presentations!

Elizabeth Perry
Assistant To Dean of Student Financial Services & Asst VP of Enrollment Management at Northeastern University

It is with great pleasure that I recommend Faustina as a speaker and consultant. She assisted NECPA with the inaugural Social Justice Academy by kicking off the program. In addition, she was invited back for the last session to bring closure to the academy as there were some bumps along the way. She handled this with grace and professionalism.

Her ability to connect with participants comes natural to her. She is knowledgeable, resourceful, and real, which is an important quality to have when presenting DIE work. I highly recommend Faustina for any diversity, inclusion, equity work.

Hank Parkinson, Ed.D.
Associate Dean for Student Development at Fitchburg State University

Our organization, the American Federation of Teachers Massachusetts just finished a wonderful diversity and inclusion training with our staff. Faustina was an awesome facilitator and leading expert in this field of study. Her professional and courteous tone was remarkable. She made our whole staff open up about their own lives and stories. We also learned about our inherent biases, white privilege, and what microaggressions are and why they continue to exist. This was a training that is very fitting to this time in history when we all need to be more sensitive to the feelings and thoughts of others. We at the AFT highly recommend her skillset and are actively setting her up with her workshops in other teachers' union across Massachusetts. Thank you Faustina!
